Our Return Policy Described *Before you buy, be certain you are ordering what you want. All sales are final and "AS IS" with the following exceptions; Returns All sales are final with the following exceptions If it meets our criteria as described below, we will email you with a return number and the appropriate returns mailing or shipping address. Items mailed or shipped to us without contacting us first cannot be accepted since our return system has no way to track the items. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and returned to us within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning because we made an error in your order and sent you a different part different from ordered, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost as well as a prepaid UPS return label via email to return the initial order. *The exception would be where the part number has been superceded by the manufacturer with a newer part number. We will always try to ship the latest factory revision part number to insure you get the latest factory OEM product revision possible For all other returns, original shipping fees (if any) are not refunded and a 25% re-stock fee applies. NO refunds or returns on parts that have been installed or used, or on any part that uses electricity, such as ignition modules, motors, igniters etc., Returned parts must be in new and un-used condition and in their original part boxes with all included accessories, instructions etc. Cancellations Exchanges
Warranty Claims Although having a contractor install the product for you is more costly, there is value in the extra cost. Advantages of having professional installation include a labor warranty provided by the contractor on his workmanship, the validation of your warranty with the manufacturer, and having someone to process warranty claims for you with the manufacturer in the event your product should fail. (*We do NOT process warranty claims) You need to be aware that the manufacturers of these parts & equipment products sold on our site have no provision to provide warranty replacement parts or technical support to you directly, since they only work through local heating and air conditioning contractors. If you choose to install the products yourself, You need to be aware of some important things: 1. You need to have a local heating and air conditioning contractor of your choice inspect and start up your unit after you install if you want to validate the warranty with the manufacturer. Almost any heating and air conditioning contractor in the United States and Canada can provide this service for you since the products we sell are very common and well known in the trade. A contractor will usually charge about $50.00 to $100 to provide this service. 2. In the event you should have a problem with your product within the warranty period, it is recommended that you contact that same heating and air conditioning contractor to process your warranty claim with the manufacturer for you and to provide you with new parts. You cannot contact the manufacturers for help directly since they have no arrangement to service consumers this way. Also, be advised that unless acontractor has installed the product himself, he will have to charge you his labor fee to process your warranty and to install the warranty parts for you if you choose to have him do this. You will need to provide a copy of your contractor’s receipt indicating that you had a contractor either install or inspect your equipment before start-up. Such contractor should be a professional whose contact information can be verified in a phone book. Without a receipt from a licensed HVAC contractor, they cannot process warranty parts or claims for you on any of the products you buy here. We are not an installing or inspecting contractor, and as such we have not inspected the installation as your contractor would to verify that it was done according to the manufacturer‘s guidelines. We offer free technical support via email, on any part you have purchased from us. Please note that if a product is installed
correctly, having to process a warranty claim is rare. Most of
our customers who choose to install their products on their own

Shipping UPS is responsible for items lost in shipping, damaged in shipping, or items they show as being delivered but you didn't receive. If you have any of these problems, contact us first dave@furnaceparts.com and we will file a claim with UPS and ship you a new part at no additional charge. We are not reponsible for UPS shipping time in transit guarantee.UPS does not count Sat. Sun. or UPS Holidays in their time in transit guarantee. Example. UPS Next Day Air, means the package will be delivered on the Next Business day after it was shipped. If a Next Day Air order is shipped on a Friday, It will arrive the Next business day which would be on Monday. A next Day Air order shipped on Monday would arrive on Tuesday, except UPS will not refund shipping if the delay was caused by inclement weather, late train, or natural disaste or if the address on your order has changed..
